Duplicate listing clarification - different handling time + ship cost for items.

Just needing some clarification on the duplicate listing policy.

Simply put, Is it possible to have 2 listings for the same product if the handling time, ship cost, ship method, item location, Price are different?

IE: Same day handling, expedited shipping, State A, $100 ||VS|| 3 Day Handling, low cost standard shipping, State B, 75$

No.  You can't get around it by playing games.  eBay doesn't want you to have listings for duplicate ITEMS. The policy clearly states: "we don't allow more than one fixed price listing of an identical item at the same time, from the same seller."

Differences in the shipping, location, category, even the title and description don't matter if the item itself is the same.  The only exceptions are (1)  you are allowed to list the item as one fixed price format and one auction format -- if the auction doesn't have a "Buy it now" option; and (2) you can have multiple auction-format listings but there are constraints, described in the page linked above.
