I sold a duck lamp and the buyer paid on 1-19-21   I can’t find my money. I’ve already mailed tha lamp. Money not in PayPal or my bank

Well the listing shows an on managed payment for the wood ducks cast iron lamp; you will need to check your recent transactions and see if it shows payed there.  You may have to click on see all to find it.

Did eBay/Managed Payments tell you the buyer had paid and it was okay to ship? Does it show there are funds pending for payout?

As I'm sure you're aware, as a seller using Managed Payments for your payment processor, proceeds from your sales will not be credited to your PayPal account anymore. 

Proceeds from Managed Payments transactions are not immediately created to your bank account. What schedule have you set up for receiving your payouts? Chances are, you just haven't received your payout for this item yet.

If you are in managed payments, the money would never go to PayPal.

And it would only go to your bank after any holds were lifted and it was included in a payout.

Here are a few possibilities:

• The funds are in Managed Payments and are still on hold;
• The funds are in Managed Payments because you are on weekly payouts and it will be in the next payout;
• The funds were part of a payout, but the payout hasn't hit your bank yet (it takes 2 -3 days);
• You were scammed and were not actually paid at all

With MANAGED PAYMENTS money is deposited into your CHECKING ACCOUNT 3-5 days after sale. EBAY deducts shipping costs & EBAY fees (whatever is leftover deposited in your CHECKING ACCOUNT).
