Dear All,

If I can be a drop shipper for someone else in ebay, how can I find him/her?

I can send pure ceylon cinnamon for your buyers on behalf of you. However I have no idea of the way of selecting a seller from ebay.

Any idea?

Drop shipping you have no control of what and when it is shipped: just plain a way to fast find your self financially responsible for a lot of errors.

Sri sellers looking to drop ship china junk items do not last long.

Not sure but even IF you could find someone who would sell your stuff so you can ship it, it is a huge recipe for disaster.

True, but in this case, it's the OP himself who is looking to be the drop-shipper, shipping on behalf of us elsewhere who might want to run listings for his Ceylon cinnamon.

@anmadushanka: You would do better to just run the listings yourself. Someone listing your Ceylon cinnamon in another country would have to charge a very large Shipping cost for the product, because it would have to be shipped from Sri Lanka, not from within the buyer's own country, so his competitors with their own cinnamon would be charging much less. Your market for this would be buyers who want to pay for shipping from Sri Lanka.

Also be sure that you can send the cinnamon to other countries. Some countries may not permit its import.

Why not just sell direct? Cut out the middleman, sell at a more competitive price and higher margin at the same time. If you are successful at that the dropshippers will come whether you want them or not.

I think what you possibly need is say someone in the states to wholesale some product to that is not readily available here. Still very difficult

The only way to find someone to sell your items is to look outside of ebay. Ebay will not allow you to connect to another member because ebay does not allow private contact information to be shared within the ebay site for this purpose..

Again reread and this is a fast way to get scammed for all party's that may get involved: do not give out personal or financial info to folks looking to do such on each end. (hey I got to check you out to see if you are legit thing).

Have seen folks end up in both legal and financial trouble over such adds (questions).

There's already a bunch from Sri Lanka trying to sell that.

If I need cinnamon or tea, I'll just go to the store and buy it and not have to wait a month or longer to get it.

Thank you for the reply. BTW you have not understood what I have asked here. Simply, I would like to be a drop shipper for another seller on ebay. Here I am the person who ship the item to the buyer on behalf of other seller.

Why is that? Ebay allows us this option right? If we can send the item to the buyer without any dispute, wouldn't this be a win win situation?

@a_c_green Thank you for your valuable comment. You highlighted me some valuable points that I did not think earlier.

There may be more competitors. But the main advantage for me is the ability to deliver true cinnamon which are unique to Sri Lanka. That is why I thought of being a drop shipper.

Again you could be out to scam some one. (not saying you are) but such is the risk with this type of add.

It is a risk for all party's to do as you want.
