Draft listing does not save my information on shipping to Canada

I drafted several listings on a desktop and saved them.  Then I went to my iPad to add pictures I had taken.  When I went back to the desktop to complete my listings, the shipping options I had entered for Canada were set to Other Shipping Options: NONE.  I had to reenter them for every listing.  This has happened for the last few days.  The chat agent just said "Looks like this happened because you are using your iPad, I advice to try to revise or edit your listing drafts using a computer or a laptop," and then that I should refresh my App and clear my cache.  S/he said it was a glitch on my end.  Not very helpful advice.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, were you able to stop it from happening?  I wasn't using a template and had opted out of seller defaults.

I always create the listing in the app, upload the pictures and then complete it on a PC.  Never had a problem doing it that way.

And, if you mean business policies when you say Seller Defaults, you may want to rethink that. The business polices are very helpful once you learn how to use them.

The app changes all kinds of things on a listing. Since you're using a tablet, not a phone, you could easily use the web browser to upload photos instead of the app.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I hadn't thought about using the web browser on the tablet.  I can create the listing much faster on the desktop, but I can take and upload pictures much faster on the tablet.  I didn't want to lose efficiency on either part.  Avoiding the App may be the key.
