I was charged twice for a mailing label. Can someone help me get to seller's service to help clear this up?

If you purchased an extra label, you may be able to cancel. If you see an extra label, check the tracking numbers and cancel the one you didn't use. There are deadlines for actions you can take with paid labels.

This has happened to me twice in the past month. I followed the instruction from the above poster and successfully had money refunded. It was not immediate, took about a week. Basically, they are looking to see if the label enters the system. If it doesn't, my experience, refund comes.

oh, very important. MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL THE CORRECT LABEL. Make sure the tracking on the package you SENT, isn't the one you cancel. In my haste to resolve my issue I almost made that mistake.
