In the past two days, I've had two customers that were charged twice for their order. Same item, order transaction. I have eBay connected through Shopify and in the orders and on Paypal it is showing up as a double order. I have confirmed with both customers that they only ordered one. I am trying to figure out where this started and how to fix it so it does happen again.
For customer 1: the time in between double orders is 5 minutes
For customer 2: The time in between double order is 6 minutes
I have already called Paypal and given both customers a refund for one of the orders.
I don't know if this is the right area to put this.
Any help is much appreciated.

Were these purchases of eBay items, or purchased from somewhere else? (I have no idea what Shopify is).

Shopify is a website host that allows you to build your website and now has an Ebay interface to manage things for sale.
I've considered using the interface but it sounds like there are still bugs to work out.
