You obviously have no idea what freedom of speech is and are making yourself look even worse than the feedback you left did.

I already deleted the message a while ago, so get a life, and leave mine alone.

There's a reason that a seller cannot click on "negative" when leaving FB for a buyer.
It's because it's not allowed.
We do live in a nation of freedom of speech, as you put it, but we also sell on eBay and we have to abide by eBay's rules.

If you’re referring to the negative comment you left for the buyer, it’s not deleted, it’s still there.
And any eBay member can respond to your post here. If you don’t want to risk getting a comment you don’t like, don’t post in the Community.

The reason there's "no choice to pick negative" is because it's not allowed.
The US may have freedom of speech but this is ebay's playground and they make the rules.

Freedom of Speech has NOTHING to do with sites like this. It is important to understand our rights and our Freedom of speech means we are free from the government censoring us. Ebay is not the government, so it does not apply here. They can set their rules as they deem necessary.

You have a misguided notion here. Free speech does not extend to private enterprise or places of employment.
You are overlooking the fact, as others pointed out, that the First Amendment protections apply to government actions. They do not apply to private businesses. No free speech rights exist in the workplace. An employer is entitled to enforce prohibitions against political speech, religious speech and profanity. So says the Supreme Court. Free speech is not an unlimited blanket right that covers all expression. It has limitations.
We are all here on this platform by the express permission of eBay. Our participation is a granted privilege, not a guaranteed inalienable right.

I am confused as you have had some good sales. Good luck going back to selling locally?
