Does using standard international shipping allows me to use any post office in my country ?

I would assume that anywhere you can access USPS or Fedex, etc you can ship.  This same link for USPS, you can search within USPS for where you wish to ship and it will tell you what the postal restrictions are, what items can be shipped where, what is prohibited, etc.  Where are you planning on shipping to?    Good luck as you start selling.

Only items located in the US can use this service. As long as they ship to your country I don't think it would matter where in your country it is shipped to? Is that what you're asking?

Sorry, no. International means from USA by way of Germany to the world.

I can use Fedex, but its very expensive, also USPS is kind of confusing to be honest, my question is, am I able to use Aramex as shipping service ? if you don't mind can you please explain more about USPS ?

You can't use USPS from Jordan nor can you use eBay's Standard International shipping. Not sure what shipping options you have in Jordan, just make sure that you use one recognized by eBay.
