Do watchers get a notification if the item description is updated?

Do watchers (not bidders) get any notifications if the item description changes?  What if someone reads the initial item description, watches and plans to bid later.

I don't believe so.  I would think it's expected of the watcher to look for revisions, updates, etc.  As @fern*wood stated, I also have never received any notifications concerning.

I don't think so either.  I've also never received one.   They do get notified of price changes sometimes, such as sales or price reduction, but not changes to the description.
