Hello all,
We'd like to see if anyone knows how to disable receiving the following messages on Best Price Offer activities because we do not need to check those messages. Already too many messages received daily. The only messages related to Best Price Offer we want to receive are New Customer Offers or Customer's Counter Offers.
How do we disable the two notifications below?
"Offer Expired" simply means customer did not accept our offer and we do not want to receive messages like that.
The same for "Counter Offer Submitted". When we click on submit counter offer, it shows our counter on the updated offer page, not sure the reason we have to receive a confirmation message.
Appreciate if anyone knows how to avoid receiving those two unnecessary messages
