Do all eBay stores sort their items by Best Match?

On my selling account, my eBay Store automatically sorts all items as "Best Match."  

I know there used to be a feature that allowed us to change this setting.  I'd prefer my items be sorted as "Newly Listed"  --- is that possible to do anymore?  

I can't tell if they removed the feature or if it's hidden in a different menu somewhere.

Ah ok, thanks.  I had a feeling that feature might've been removed.
