First of all I sell antiques and collectibles, I very rarely will sell something that is new. Now I buy in auction lots and every once in a great while something new is in there, this time while buying some old lamps there were 36 brand new shirts still in the bags. You can buy these on ebay or Amazon they are fairly popular, I can sell them for dirt cheap, so my question is I have a receipt but they just say for lot #123 they do not list items in the lots that would be impossible it would just be too much time of course. I have seen some post that ebay is asking for proof of purchase from people who are selling item below retail price, if you cannot provide proof they
suspend your account. maybe true maybe not, but I want to check before I get myself in trouble selling these shirts at below wholesale not retail. What do you think?

Many of the sellers who found themselves in hot water with eBay needing their receipts had been primarily those caught in the new Inform Act dragnet. Their activity on the platform raised suspicion of counterfeit goods or stolen merchandise. Most were new users selling multiple identical items in high fraud categories like electronics, gaming, or designer luxury goods, all at bargain basement pricing. One of the sellers caught up in it had acquired the goods from a family member who could not provide a legit source of where he got them. Most of those sellers got shut down because they could not provide convincing documentation that they were on the up-and-up.
That doesn’t seem to describe you at all, so i think you would be ok listing your items. You have a long established history of successful selling on eBay, and stellar customer service with no buyer issues. The fact you are thinking ahead and asking questions says volumes. It is unlikely you would ever find yourself at odds with any venue.
So good luck to you with your sales, and congrats on finding such a great resale item. If you decide to list them, I hope it goes gang-busters for you.
