A buyer filed a remorse return and didn't return within a few weeks so eBay closed it out for me. On seller hub it accurately shows as a remorse return, but in the resolution center it shows as a SNAD.

Edit- I don't see it on my projected service metrics, but CS just escalated to a case so they could close it out a few hours ago. Generally it takes time for things to appear on Service Metrics. Is this another thing I need to worry about- CS changing the reason on the return?

Could it be that the first reason........doesn't fit......is from the drop down menu and the 2nd.........SNAD is written out by the buyer? (providing details)

The buyer's written comments basically said the item was too small.

Another seller on this board told me they're seeing the same thing for all of their CS-closed remorse returns so this is some kind of system or display issue- not an instance of a CS rep incorrectly changing it to a SNAD before closing it out. I'm posting the resolution for anybody who may have the same question I did.
