You need to read the eBay rules on pre-sales. You can't offer pre-sales for more than 30 days in advance of the item/event being available. You will likely have to refund and take an "out of stock" defect.

well everyone else is selling the item also and the buyers are fully aware it is a pre order 🙂

You are in the UK, this is the US board. Rules may be different in the UK.....suggest you post on their board.........
just in general tho......"everyone is doing it" is not a valid excuse in most places.....

This is the policy published on the eBay UK site regarding presales. eBay won't prevent you from creating a presale listing that doesn't comply with the 30 day policy, but at the end of 30 days after the sale, eBay can and will chase you down about failure to ship.
Here's the link to the policy: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-policies/presale-listings-policy?id=4252
And here's the relevant text which is almost identical on the US site as well:
Presale listings must clearly state that they are "presale" in the title and description, and guarantee delivery within 30 days of purchase.
In order to protect buyer and seller guarantees, presale listings must follow eBay policy, including listing the date the item will be available to post.
What is the policy?Listings that don't follow these rules may be removed from the site or from search results. Other actions we may take include lowering a seller's rating, charging additional fees, limiting buying and selling privileges, or suspending an account.

I looked at your listing (The Last of Us Part 2 correct?) it does not comply with most of the presale policy.
The listing was able to be launched because eBay had no way of detecting that it was a presale until you failed to ship within the maximum allowed time.

Message to interested posters wanting to help - in order to see this listing you need to log into the eBay UK site. For me to bring it up I had to bring up my feedback and overwrite my ID with the OPs ID, then look at listings and from there go to completed listings.
If you don't do this, you won't be able to see the listings.
