I posted a Playgirl magazine for sale on my site play girl is one of the magazines specifically listed as a permissible publication with Ebay. My account seems to be flagged by someone who keeps harassing me because they’ve suspended my account because of these postings multiple times blatant discrimination blatant harassment. One supervisor approved my listings and someone else disapproves inconsistency drives people crazy. And the fact that I requested a supervisor to call me multiple times about this issue and got completely ignored for the last several days.

Came back again to help you out some more. Put the year and the mark on each of your coins. Someone looking for a 1966 D Half Dollar will never find your 1966 D Half Dollar without telling them you are selling a 1966 D Half Dollar.

The reason your listing keeps getting removed has nothing to do with someone personally harassing or discriminating against you. The reason the listing continues to be removed is because you keep posting it. What explanation did eBay give upon the removal?
Phone reps have limited authority to help you, and have been known to simply tell callers what they want to hear. Or they make something up. It is dreadful, but it happens.
It is risky to continue to try to relist a removed item. Each penalty is cumulative and the punishment more severe with each removal. You are gambling with your selling privileges.

I have read and I have talked with different supervisors and play girl is an approved publication in the adult section of magazines on eBay. End it is discrimination when they select and harass your site and not other sites that have the same publication as they are removing from my site

OMG

I have been told by a supervisor that Playgirl is permitted. It sounds like you have given into the woke crowd You don’t think principles are worth more than money

Yep and that’s why I got approval from one supervisor that I can post play girl magazine and yet some other blank thinks they know better

Thank you for the tip about players names on the listing however I’m not sure if I’m going to list anything else on eBay or just move everything over to Etsy and Amazon

Having you heard there are other selling platforms

Discrimination is the act of making distinctions between people based on the groups, classes, or other categories to which they belong or are perceived to belong that are disadvantageous. You are only a user ID on this platform so no it's not discrimination as no one knows what your actual race, ethnicity, religion, i.e. in actuality is. Best of luck to you....

We are here to try and help. Rather than make flippant and defensive comments, you could answer the questions posters are asking. I asked what reason was given by eBay when the listing was removed. Knowing this helps us help you.
Below is the policy for restricted adult items that clearly shows that Playgirl is allowed to be listed on eBay, provided the listing follows that policy’s rules for Adult items.
Sometimes eBay can get it wrong and might remove an allowable item. But until we know what reason was cited for the removal, there is little we can do to help you resolve your dilemma. What i can say is that relisting a removed item (even if it was removed in error) can still cause damage to one’s account.
Bots don’t discriminate. Whatever reason the listing was removed is almost beside the point at this time because now your account is in jeopardy.

“Adult magazines, books and comics that contain nudity are allowed only if they don't contain sexual activity and if no images of nudity are showing in the listing

The advice some of you are giving not to re-list an item once ebay takes it down may not be prudent.
Yes it may be "safer" just not to re-list it but, there re SOME instances where correcting the error/violation and re-listing is perfectly fine.
Example:
I recently listed a Hawaii license plate.
Minutes later it was taken down and I received a message from ebay stating stating why it was taken down.
The message also said not to re-list it.
I did some research on ebay's site to find out what is allowed and what isn't.
I simply made the changes to meet ebay's requirements and re-listed it.
So in this case re-listing it was no problem.
Just sayin'.

Your "discrimination" complaint is misused and doesn't apply. Read message 26 that @lamber9347 provided for you. Being argumentative and obstinate isn't going to help your situation. It's a clear violation of eBay's policies. People are here to help. If you don't like the replies you're getting, ask the mods to close this thread. Again, don't relist it. You asked and you've been advised.

Don't forget to remove those 9 items you have listed.

I love how the definition of woke has come to mean "something I don't like".
