Digital in game items.

I noticed that business seller is selling digital in game (virtual) game items for fallout 76

So I made a few listings of the same items and my listings are being taken down in violation of some policy but the business seller continues to sell the same with no problems.

This seems completely unfair, do you have to be a business seller to violate the policy with no action but the small guy who wants to sell a few items gets hit with the takedown?
