Didnt get a solution in Returns. Maybe here?

Having an issue regarding a change within ebay but with no communication. Had 3 returns this month. I offered a shipping label for the client however the return shipping was change from USPS to FEDEX. I have never used Fedex and all of my listings are USPS. Does anyone have a solution to correct especially with all the  dimensional weight issues after the fact with Fedex?

Just to clarify...

The items were all shipped USPS?

You accepted the returns?

You clicked on "provide a return shipping label to the buyer"?

Yet all the packages were returned via FedEx?

accepted return

provided (purchased) label (never saw label)

all 3 coming back Fedex with fedex tracking number

Have no idea what is going on
