The worse sales are, The more issues and problems seem to occur?
Last night I get an INR for a $27.00 item that has tracking. Problem is it's never been scanned
since it was dropped off at the USPS That's media mail.
This AM I get a Payment dispute filed for a "Not recognized transaction"
It's a whole $7.99 sale to Canada. No tracking so I really have no way to fight it.
Buyer is a regular customer and has never been a problem. He's gotten himself
NARU and I can't contact him and ask what's up.
He even left me a positive feedback.

I haven't tried that yet. Didn't go back far enough. I'm assuming he got himself NARUED
and no he's raising H**L with his sellers for revenge.

Perhaps your buyers account was hacked and eBay NARU'd the account.
Stinks when shipments end up in the abyss.
Better luck to you thru the rest of the holidays.

Canadian "Buyer" has now filed 3 more payment disputes with ebay. That's a total of
4 disputes. 1 on account #1 2 on account #2 1 on account #3

2 most recent transactions are over a year old November 2022

Yes. It's called "murphy's law".

NARU ...........no longer a registered user.......
Hate to say it, but my experience is problems come in a series of 3..........

I can't believe he can file for a payment dispute on sales that are over 12 months ago.

All I have to say is when it rains it pours on here. Luck you. I am dealing with a scam buyer doing a chargeback on an item in transit. I called USPS and filed a package intercept today. I got on the phone with USPS which by the way answer these calls pretty promptly now. I found out where this package is suppose to land at its destination and have a Case done as well on this from USPS. They will try to get this intercept info promptly to the the destination PO before said scammer gets there to pick up the package. I am doing ebay a favor for this one as they should do a courtesy refund for this attempted theft of a higher value item. If we intercept, then we just let the credit card refund this scammer.

Right, but the more you sell, the more potential problems. Always the case. A percentage of returns, false claims chargebacks and whatever. It goes with the territory online even more so.

Perhaps buyer is dealing with identity theft and their CC is disputing a host of transactions automatically. If a bunch were with eBay, the number of disputes could have triggered NARU status.
