Maybe it because I have an iPhone but I wish eBay would fix their mobile experience as a seller to have the functionality of desktop features when you’re using your phone to conduct business. When attempting to cancel an order due to buyers request, I can’t do it from my phone. Using the “classic site” on my phone, trying to get into “selling” then “sold” defaults to eBays mobile site instead of staying on the classic site and I can’t go in to cancel an order. So frustrating. I think they should get rid of the mobile site, enhance the app to have all the features of the desktop site, or just allow us to use the classic site on our phones without automatically switching to mobile when clicking to certain pages. If there’s a trick to this that I’m missing please school me. Thanks

Desktop site rules above all for sellers. I never use anything else with exception to answering a message that only needs a one sentence answer. Mobile site and app have never been truly designed with sellers in mind.
That being said, just in case you didn't know, with iOS using safari you can get to the desktop site of a page by holding your thumb on the reload button, then a prompt will pop up asking if you want to go to the desktop site. I just did that right now with my iPhone in my sold page and was able to cancel an order. I was able to go all the way to choosing a cancellation reason. I just didn't click submit, but I'm sure if I did it will cancel just fine.

Most of the recent changes are for exactly what you are speaking about. A lot of users do not like the changes, well they seem to not like any change as far that goes. All the new layouts are for better seller usability from the eBay app.
I agree with @bigdeals.etc I also only use desktop to conduct my eBay business and only use the app for answering timely questions.
Good Luck Selling!
