If you mean that you need to make a revision on an Auction that has bids... you can't. Your NY Babe Ruth has bids, so no revisions are allowed.
Edit to add: I see that your Babe Ruth had information added to the description today, after a bid was placed yesterday.
Now I'm confused... 'Signed' in the title and 'Not signed' in the description will be problematic.

You may want to cancel the auction and inform the bidders as to why and then re-list it with the correct information.

you can add to the description on an auction that has bids
I do it and it comes up right below the regular description
years ago what you added to the description was way down at the bottom but its much better now that bidders can see it up top

I added the not signed today but I am new to eBay will the bidders see this description addition

the bidders will see the description changes, you cant miss them and they are right out in front
the problem as MTGraves mention is that you can have big problems with this.
some ebayers will say that the title takes precedence over the description
other ebayers think the description carries more weight than the title.
in any case its a major change and it gives the high bidder a good reason to complain

In my 23 years of bidding on eBay auctions, I don’t recall ever reading the descriptions for a second time after I placed my bid.
There is a good chance that your current bidders will not see your addition.
You will be penalised for ending the auction now, but I think it is your best option.

There is a good chance your bidders won't see the addition to your description. Ask the winning bidder if he understood the item was unsigned. If he says no then cancel the sale and start over. If the auction is currently for a nominal amount then just end it and eat the fees associated for the top bid amount.

Only if they look at the description carefully. The two bidders that you already have might not come back and see it.
This is such a drastic difference in the nature of the item, I have to agree with the other posters who recommend that you cancel the listing and relist with corrections.

Alternatively, you could send messages to those two bidders, explaining what happened and offering to cancel their bids for them if they're no longer interested. Even with that, you run the risk of getting later bidders who read only the title and not your addendum about "not signed."
