There is no number that you can use to call directly anymore.  You have to use the chat/request a call back.  Numbers for eBay found on the net often are redirects to scammers/criminals so never use them. 

If you have a particular question, you are likely to get better more accurate advice by asking here than you will get from the outsourced call center reps in other countries.

How can I get help with an unauthorized charge? This is the third unauthorized shipping fee charge since 2020. Always happens when there are no live agents.

Did someone use your account or credit card to purchase something without your knowledge on eBay? 

or

Do you have a Payment Dispute filed against you because the BUYER didn't recognize the charge?  

or 

Did you get billed for a UPS or FedEx upcharge for shipping? 

If you could give a few more details, you will likely get help on how to proceed.

The phone operators are not eBay employees.

The trained employees who have some authority work on the social media accounts.

Was this a Return Shipping Label as part of a buyer's Claim? The seller usually is charged for those.

Was this a label that you bought for shipping to a customer, and were double charged on?

Do you recognize the address of the recipient?
