When printing a shipping label, there is the "packing slip" link you can click on in order to print the default packing slip. It used to essentially be a receipt, showing what was purchased and a break down of the amount paid. Recently it changed to only show the buyers and sellers addresses and the item purchased. No info. of amount paid (item + shipping). Customer service told me about a week ago that it was a glitch and IT was working on it. I will believe it when I see it. Incompetence.

It's not a glitch. It's deliberate.
If you access packing slips through Seller Hub/Orders (invoices/packing slips), they do have the pricing info and also a thumbnail if you want. Actually there's a few things you can customize on it.

I printed one last week and 2 today - all 3 were normal.

"packing slips" traditionally have never included any pricing information, that is the purpose of an INVOICE.
It's about time that eBay joined the rest of the business world!

Thank you for bringing this up. I HATE the new packing slips. It forces me to look up information on what the item sold for and what they paid for shipping. Two extra steps. You are right, it is absolutely worthless.
