Whatever you say I am going to do what I have to do here on my end
and I am sorry but you don't really know the situation to say what is going to be as well they know the situation you don't.
So Sorry about your comments here.
Well good luck with that.
I've only been selling on eBay since 1998, so what would I know about anything, right?
Don't be sorry about my comments. I'm not.

Oh so you are a seller too Oh OK I didn't know you were.
I just made my own Guide on The eBay community as well.
I could say what this buyer did before opening a case on me
stating with her false comment that the phone was Defective.
FYI.. She was trying to sell the phone her self before opening a case on me.. Now how about that.
She tried to sell the phone herself here on Ebay does this surprise you any.?
and because she couldn't sell it.. She ended the listing with an error and then she turned around and opened a case on me stating Falsely that the phone was defective and non working.. Come on we are Talking about A Samsung Galaxy Mission J3 everyone likes Samsung Phones.

No, you can't block zero feedback buyers. You were a zero feedback user once, too. Everyone starts at zero. That does not mean they are obviously a scammer.
It just means they are new to ebay.

@jason_incognitowrote:Just wait until eBay's new payment processor comes along and the buyers don't even have to register with eBay.
They don't have to register now, Jason. They can buy as a guest.

The Items I saw listed were Fixed Price.
Add Immediate Payment Required and they stay available until someone forks over the cash.

I have some things like that that belonged to my husband. They are still sitting in the trunks that came back from Iraq. I haven't touched them in 14 years since we did the inventory at Camp Robinson. There are brand new boots and uniforms and even a camelback with the tags still on it. I am just not sure if I can even stand to look at them let alone sell them but maybe I should think about it.

That's the same thing as kicking a customer out of a brick and mortar just because it was their first time to shop there . That policy really makes no sense to be honest. Sellers should at least give new buyers a chance or risk having nobody to sell to eventually . I've never understood the eagerness that some sellers have to block customers ,, but you've got to have a better reason than what you've got there . IMO . Tulips

More along the lines of opening a new store, starting a Grand Opening sale, then standing at the door refusing to let anyone in that hadn't been there before. chrysylys unquote ---------------------
I would hope the white coats could at least get in . Tulips

Wonder how you feel about buyers that refuse to deal with o feedback sellers?\
Everyone starts with o feedback either as a seller or a buyer.
good luck
