HELP Someplace purchases something got my like new set and then returned me a set that wasn’t complete and used with issues. I tried to put a complaint in but they were still refunded the whole amount and now left

me with something not sellable. I can’t find anything thru eBay to help dispute this.

When I've seen this complaint before, it sometimes seems to be a problem with the browser......close it out and then try again.....check to be sure it's uptodate......clear cache......try a different browser.........
