Almost an hour they said, until they will call you back. It's been an hour and a half. NOTHING.
they won't let you call them anymore.
With the new FORCED managed payments, it takes days, and they bend you over for close to 90% of the sale. What a bunk racket, run like hell!!!!

90% of the sale? I don't think so.
02-02-2021 07:11 AM
close to 90%.... Sale price was 9.68, they sent me 1.04
I paid for shipping from my paypal account, so that wouldn't be involved. Yes, that's what they take from you

AND, that was after I was forced into managed payments, so, the payment to me had nothing to do with paypal when the item sold

ROTFL.
When you put almost every item on sale at 10% to 37% off and then offer free shipping on top of that, it can certainly can take a big bite out of your profits.
But that is not eBay "bending you over".
That is you doing it to yourself.
But if you had a sale for $9.64 and only got $1.04, please give us the complete breakdown of where your money went. The full details are easily found in your transaction history.

shipping was a little over 3 bucks for the item. Where did the rest of the money go, if you're so wise?
02-02-2021 07:22 AM
Besides, as I previously said, the shipping was paid from a different account. Get a clue or don't reply dude
02-02-2021 07:30 AM
ALSO, over 2 hours now, NO callback, the customer service really sucks
02-02-2021 07:36 AM
If I were to treat customers the way eBay treats me these days, I would have been booted long ago

Although I am indeed wise, I am not omniscient. I cannot see your eBay account - only you can.
So as I posted before, your eBay transaction detail will tell you where every penny went. But you have to be willing to go look and post that information here so we can explain it to you if necessary.

I have looked. I have no doubt you are indeed wise. I did also notice you seem to spend quite a bit of time responding to other people's posts, and are quite opinionated, which may surpass your knowledge

Between the transaction detail and the payout detail, it should have told you exactly what happened to the full $9.64. So did eBay incorrectly calculate the fees as $8.60 as you seem to have implied, or were there other deductions from your payout for other transactions or optional listing upgrades or insertion fees that you had forgotten about?

"An ad hominem attack refers to a rhetorical strategy where the speaker attacks the character, motive, or some other attribute of the person making an argument rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself. This avoids genuine debate by creating a diversion to some irrelevant but often highly charged issue."

It's pushing 3 hours now, NOTHING as far as a callback from eBay. Seriously, I give up, and have lost all respect for eBay and their new system

eBay obviously doesn't give a **bleep** about customers that pay them money to be here
