horrible cust service(if you can even speak to anyone). I have been a loyal member since 2006 and done hundreds of thousands of dollars of transactions with eBay over that time, Yet they treat me as if I just popped out of the woodwork yesterday. Trying to reach customer service is like an act of God. Absolutely terrible fees now and this new payment system they have come up with is just pathetic. With PayPal I had “funds now” and could get my payment immediately The second payment has been made, now I have to wait for days and weeks on end. I am absolutely disgusted with eBay at this point and if there was anywhere else that I could list my items I certainly would I’m only here because I have no other choices to sell my merchandise. The fact that buyers can just treat sellers like garbage, purchase items and not pay and nothing ever gets done about it just makes me want to rip my hair out. I can’t even leave them negative feedback. eBay seems to add a new nail to their coffin every day with these ridiculous new policies and procedures that they come up with seemingly out of thin air. I used to be frustrated with PayPal but I’ll tell you what they would seem like a godsend compared to this ridiculous sideshow ebay has going now. go ahead and call them you’ll reach Vietnam somewhere with a representative who has absolutely no power to change anything whatsoever or help you even in the slightest way. And I’m sure this will reach absolutely no one who can change anything or who gives the slightest care to begin with. fed up and ready to juat delete my acct. 😤 dealing with Amazon and they’re amazing everything and then having to deal with eBay and this ridiculous idiocy is mind numbingly abhorrent.
Try calling in the evening. That's the only time I've been able to reach anybody~~they had to call back but at least I was able to talk to an actual person.
What?!? You think that there is another corporation out there that gives a rat's derrière about sellers or people in general? If so then perhaps your only avenue left is to beseech Baby Jesus. Good luck.
We are Done with EBay, no more buying or selling a lot of sellers have already left the platform just do a product search for things that would normally show up and you will see a giant sucking black hole where thousands of products used to be...
No one NEEDS eBay. The question is, do you want SALES. Traffic means something. The very thing you are to soon learn, at the point you close your account.
