We have noticed since March 10th ebay changed the customer messages email to no longer have the ebay item title hyperlink , item picture , view your listing button in the email body. It takes additional steps to be clear what item the customer is asking a question about or if we need to see the listing for any reason to clarify a question. You now have to get the item number from the listing title and paste in a new window.... We tried other browsers on pc with the same issue. Suspect we are not the only ones it change for?
