Customer Service wont work

Every time I try to contact customer service no matter what I chose it says: "We didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again."

...broken technical systems or...glitches...

...useless customer services, specially when contacting by telephone...

What do you need help with? Do you need help getting paid?

If the buyer has paid then the payout is put in your Payoneer account. You also have to attach a debit or credit card for seller fees that aren't taken from the payout.

If the buyer hasn't paid then on the 5th day cancel the transaction citing buyer hasn't paid.

I can never reach customer service and its getting frustrating . There's only a few topics to choose from and if none apply to your particular issue  then you're simply out of luck . I'm very glad that I decided a few years ago not to put all my eggs in e bay basket .

I need to increase selling limit... But no matter what i search / select every time I get same "We didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again." 

And there is no other possibility to reach customer service other than web form, I coudnt find any telephone contact.

Here's what I came up with using selling limits in the help pages......

However, you are in the Czech Republic, so don't know if the above will apply.

As shown above, the answer is in the help files, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, there are links to contact them about it........  these are the US help pages and whether they would apply to the Czech Republic.......I can't test.  If not, I would suggest asking on one of the European boards.......

What happens when you try to click on the "contact us" link at the bottom of the smiling lady page?

If customer service does not work use google to search ebay issues.  Most every situation already has an answer you just have to work for it.   And just because you don't agree with the answer does not mean ebay can afford the expense of providing you with an agent to talk with.

The problem with the Help pages is related to your location.

Yeah it is related to my location, but I have ebay in english, no translation
