This is only a "chat room" for Sellers to discuss problems. EBAY customer service representatives do NOT read this.
If there is a problem with your order...go to PURCHASE HISTORY and click on CONTACT SELLER (you should confirm quantity with the Seller).
If you receive order in the mail and it is wrong you will be covered by EBAY Money Back Guarantee (so you don't need to worry). If you receive wrong quantity...go to PURCHASE HISTORY and click on RETURN ITEM.

The OP doesn't really need eBay's Customer Service. Since this is a problem with his order, the person he needs to contact is his seller.

Is it an order you just placed or received?
If you just received it, go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

This is an old thread and talking to someone is not going to happen as no one here on this forum can help you. eBay hasn't had a direct number to call in years. What you need to do is go to the top of your page where it reads "Help & Contact" and get hold of an CS agent. Use the chat option for best results.
