Has anybody had this happen? As stated in a previous post I recently had contacted ebay customer service. As what has been a standard ebay policy I soon received an ebay email asking how they have done. The emai starts with 5 stars asking you to begin to rate the customer service expierence. Based on the lack of any type postive response to my call I chose 1 star. Instead of advancing to additional questions about my call the next page that came up said my survey time had timed out and did not allow any addtional comments. Not sure if it was just a blip or was I just cut off from expressing any more negative comments?

As a dedicated survey responder I have given 1 star many times, and it always takes me to 10 or so more pages of questions. I suspect this was just a one off glitch, but hey, you never know with Ebay.....

One star⭐is way to high for ebay customer service. They should get minus stars MINUS -⭐⭐⭐⭐ STARS.

Mine did the same thing when I tried to give them one star. They didn’t fix the issue or give me a follow up to see if they did but sent a survey out immediately after my phone call. What did they expect?? 😂
