Customer Service Messed Up - Help?

Ive been trying to get ahold of customer service for months, or someone at ebay directly. They docked my account for being below standard when I had to cancel 2 shipments because they were stolen from my store and canceled 3 when COVID problems put me under for a few months.

Now with a 100% seller rating and no account disputes, Im unable to run my store. I can only sell $100 a month in products when most of my products cost more than that to begin with.

Any ideas on how to contact eBay? They told me last year this would not happen to me.

At the bottom of the help page there's a way to have ebay call you - sometimes it's a half hour, sometimes a few minutes. The days of calling them are over..

Ive tried using the feature for months, every time I try to call the number I get a message saying its no longer in use by eBay and to use the community hub or automated help online instead. I have also tried the "call me" feature and it says its not available. Even though I constantly see different wait times whenever I see the button available to press.

IDK what to tell you.   I have used the call back option a few times since this all started and I have ALWAYS received a call back no more then 45 minutes.  Usually within 5 minutes.
