I keep getting the message, "We are currently upgrading our system and are unable to take your call..." since last night. Couldn't get connected to eBay Customer Service at all.
Am I the only person experiencing this? I don't see anyone else talking about this.
I've also tried calling the Merchant Support number, and it's the same. I must have tried calling for more than 30 times since last night...

Also, does anyone know where I can check the status of the eBay website/service, so that I am aware of any technical issues, and won't waste my time trying?

I have the same issue, since 3 weeks can not reach ebay call center
