Yesterday I had an item (incorrectly) removed by eBay as a prohibited item, specifically a wooden forend part for an old Remington Model 10 shotgun. I've sold many of them over the last few months and the one yesterday was the first time I've ever had any item removed. I contacted eBay's customer service about it today just to see if I could get a clarification about what had happened, as I had changed some of the listing details on that particular one to see if I could get some more views, and I figured I had probably accidentally tripped some combination of things to get it removed. I did not have any penalties put on my account for the removal, if that matters, it was just a takedown. The chat I had with the customer service rep today went very well, and he sent me a suggested listing category to use instead of the one I had switched to.
So my question is, has anyone else ever had an item taken down, received and followed instructions for relisting, but had the same problem happen again? Obviously I want to continue selling the forends as I have been, but I don't want to have my account nuked because a bot keeps tripping on my listings. The CS rep sent me an official transcript of our chat so I have a proper record of being given instructions on what to do.
Thanks for any advice!

I would never relist, no matter what you were told. Always seems to end badly for the seller/

Thanks for your reply! I figured that was going to be the gist of the situation unfortunately.
