• Buyers are not required to listen to the seller before or after leaving feedback.
• Buyers are not required to agree to a full refund before or after leaving feedback.
• The feedback I see does not violate policy and thus does not qualify for removal by eBay
• Sellers cannot get feedback removed simply because they do not like the feedback.

The only way you might get the feedback removed would be to request a feedback revision from the buyer.

But since the buyer is not responding to you, that may not be likely.
