Custom message in my Store Header

Last year I added a custom message due to delivery delays. I forgot about it and it stayed on the whole year. Thankfully I don't think many people read the message. I cannot for the life of me navigate the web of menus and sub menus and find out how to edit this message again. It's not in manage my store. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Custom message in my Store Header

@legendoffanboy @toytrekker  This was discussed recently, I think on a Weekly Chat with the ebay Community Team members.  When the eBay Stores team "updated" the store editing function, they did away with the ability to edit the listing header and listing frame. Whether this was intentional or a screw up isn't entirely clear. But until the team does something about it, I don't know of any way to edit this.

Re: Custom message in my Store Header

Seller hub>selling tools>manage store>https://www.ebay.com/sh/str/edit  click "about", edit and click "publish".

Are you talking about this message in your listings?

Re: Custom message in my Store Header

If that's the message you are talking about, there's really nothing you can do about it. You could add a different message to the description in each listing, and/or you could add messages in the About section of your Store Homepage or do something like I've done, use the new store "banner" feature on your store's homepage (I posted a reminder of shipping deadlines on mine).

I'm trying to fix this same issue.  It has incorrect Christmas shipping information from last year.  Is there really no way to change it anymore?

Re: Custom message in my Store Header

@toytrekker- current thread running about a similar issue concerning store edits has one of the blues checking in.

Re: Custom message in my Store Header

yep, thats the one i've had up all year and was never able to figure out how to remove it. I finally decided to dive deep into the issue. I contacted support who wasn't able to help me but they did refer me to another support. She thought it was because of a 3rd party tool. I told her that I haven't used a 3rd party tool except for turbo lister and that was years ago.
