Anyone else having this problem? My Windows 11 updated this weekend and maybe that's the problem? Not sure. Anyway, video is attached and it's pretty self explanatory. I select the crop button and instead of the crop frame popping up, it just flips to the "drag and drop" picture as shown. This is on an older listing that I added a picture to, so maybe that has something to do with it. Not sure. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.
