Crooks getting way with INAD chargebacks!

Sellers don't have a chance in an item not as described case! Disputing the bogus chargeback case that my buyer filed with his payment institution, 1 picture was all allowed, no text explanation, no purchased product receipt, absolutely nothing else. This is robbery with no protection from ebay. First one EVER had, been selling since 2004. It's not financially smart to pay probably 30% interest on monthly purchases, so of coarse the credit card company's will comply - they wanna keep ya around! Ebay should do like another venue I sell on. If a buyer goes over their head doing that before trying to work out a return/refund through them, they suspend their account indefinitely! Also they have shipping label insurance, if print their labels & an item's lost in transit (even 1st class mail) the buyer gets refunded & the seller too at the rate selling it for! Ebays the largest auction site ever & could certainly learn a thing or two from some of the smaller fellas!!!

I'm sorry Hun, just saw your messages. But think the advice provided is what you should do & is what I've done. Only option guess, because the provided form on these cases is a joke. Great way for the crooked to buy for free huh? This was a new one on me as well. The community has been helpful tho, Thanks to Everyone on the board who offered  advice, it's very appreciated. ❤

Sellers have never had a chance with INAD Chargebacks. This is clearly spelled out with PayPal and I suspect with eBay as well.

Re: Crooks getting way with INAD chargebacks!

Just wanted to let everyone know got a final decision message from eBay today & the case was found in my favor. So I'm very grateful for the help & protection provided & in my eyes they redeemed themselves on this one. Knew if effort was put in & all messages were read of the drama the guy needlessly created it would be obvious the guy who called himself > Cassanova just wanted "me" to pay for his partners Christmas Gift! 95% of Buyers are smooth transactions, appreciate them more than words could express, but sometimes you run into that 5% who try to buy for free. Real Piece Of Work This Guy Was, Worst Buyer Ever Had!!!!
