I have searched and cannot find out how to create one listing for DVDs that would have a drop down to list the different dvds I want to sell. I don't want to put individual posts for each dvd. Can someone assist me?

If they are used, they really need their own listing so you can describe the condition of each DVD.

I won't, because IMHO that is not an appropriate use of that form of listing.
Those listings are for intended for variations of the same item, like size and color - not completely different products.

What you are trying to do is against Ebay policy and can get you booted. That is referred to as listing fee avoidance.

I see many multiples of DVD's listed in drop-downs, but they must be taking a chance on getting deleted.

I have over 1k brand new DVDS, I'd love to use variations mainly to sell 5 or so at a time and actually make money since shipping would be combined.

I don't see DVD's as a completely different products as you can choose size/color/etc for say close...you could do the same describing condition of DVD's.

No, it's not- as 'variations' count against the 250 free per month.
If you have 1 shirt of each of 10 different colors and 3 different sizes- that would be 1x10x3 for a 30 total.
250 minus 30 would leave you 220 'free' to go.

So why isn't a Brand New DVD Movie with 20 Titles, your choice $5.99 ok to use a Variation? Seems like that is also what it would be for- Walmart does it, all in a huge bin for $5.99/$7.99..
or even 'used' (watched once and put back in sleeve, never to be touched again- typical of MOST movies that people own)??
