Yes. If you receive an offer, you can accept it or decline it. Of course the other offer will automatically decline if you accept it.

Yes, multiple offers and counters can be floating around at the same time.
So the first accepted offer gets the item.

While the above is a reference for the seller, the same holds true from the buyer standpoint (the first offer that the seller accepts will get the item).

Yes and if the first buyer emails you say that someone bought it. Explain that the ad was still available for anyone to buy. A lot of buyers do not realize this.
