Countering and Offer

The screen for countering an offer says that the offer does not include shipping.  My listing does include shipping, is there a way to edit that message?

Shipping is shipping, you are countering the price of the product

did the potential buyer leave a message about shipping?

no the buyer did not mention it, it looked like a pre-populated field by ebay

That message simply means that the shipping price you stated in the listing is not negotiable.

The offer is for the item only. Lots of sellers charge additional shipping, which would be tacked on to their offers. With your Free Shipping... nothing will be tacked on to the offer. Sell away!
