Hi. So I have a question. So i see lots of sellers selling reprints/ counterfeit items on here. I report them, and the listings do not get removed. I know this bc I watch those listings. So I go ahead and sell a similar item, and 8 hours later, it gets, removed. So why is this? I actually call ebay but they don't give a straight answer. So how are they making this site safe for both sellers and buyers? I'm confused.

What makes you think the items you are reporting are reprints or counterfiet?
Just because you see others selling the same items does not mean it's ok for you to jump in and sell the same thing.
eBay customer srvice does not know why your listings are pulled.
Also you need to take clear pictures of what you are trying to sell. Most if not all, of your pictures are very dark and have shadows in them making it difficult for a buyer to see what they are actually buying. Use white backgrounds instead of dark to call attention to the item .

Ebay has the most stringent buyer protection on the net. Its called the thirty day Money Back Guarantee. If you are deemed an expert on those reprints/counterfeit items, be sure to provide Ebay with your documents, then they might do something about all your reports.

It takes a LOT of complaints to remove counterfeit items.
I seriously went after one seller for months. Listings would disappear for 1-3 days and be relisted. Yeah, I had a vendetta after being sent a photocopied sports card and I was justifiably upset. Upset enough that I reported this seller daily, using every tool available. Another boardie had actually posted about the seller a couple days after I got my card.
I finally had to get VERO involved, who went after the seller with a vengeance. Yeah, I went there.

So, you see counterfeit items being sold and then decide you'll sell your own counterfeit item and then get mad when eBay pulls it? OK. Makes sense to me.

Yeah, I was kind of scratching my head on that one also.

maybe yours a counterfeit and the others are not but you think they are the same item. You got the right hologram on yours? Got the right label? stitching correct?
wasn't long ago we had a lady that couldn't understand why her jersey went for very little while the other went for triple hers did. she thought they were the same. We pointed out the difference between the real one and her copy.
we don't know what you are trying to list or compare too but anyways whenever you get an item removed never relist it unless you like temporary or even permanent vacations.

Did they pull your sale because ebay deemed it counterfeit? Honestly, I have no clue about these cards that people pay thousands for especially in this day and age.
Did ebay ask you provide a receipt for item? The only other thing I can think of is that you've only been selling on this platform 1 month. New sellers are usually limited to how many items and how much money they can sell. Looks like you went way beyond it. That's great! Congrats! However, I'd be careful about relisting the item...once you've been told you can't list it and its pulled, Ebay will continue to monitor your site to make sure you don't do it again. You don't want to risk your account being suspended permanently.
