Did you mean:

Contracted Covid.

Any advice on what to do? Should I close my store for 10 days? Should I call eBay on the phone and notify them?   Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Contracted Covid.

@ten_o_nine  Medical research into cancer cures has been ongoing (I know, I'm married to a cancer researcher and did quality assurance for yet another clinic - there are times when they work 12 hours a day). It never ceased with Covid.  Tight Covid precautions here meant that beds were KEPT free for critical care (cancer, heart disease, trauma) patients rather people in denial.

It's better not to make rude, juvenile jokes about this stuff - any of it.

You've received several ideas, but I'd play it safe and put my listings on 'Time Away'. >>Time Away | eBay

Yes, this ^^^^^^^^^^^

Play it safe. You will know when you are ready to open back up. Take care of yourself.

Re: Contracted Covid.

ten_o_nine,

Sorry to hear about your dad and brother. I have to disagree that we are not doing anything about cancer. There has been a lot of research done on the various forms of cancer. Many cancers that were the kiss of death 20 years ago are now curable.

Also, cancer in most cases is not highly contagious like Covid. Until the vaccines were released, our hospitals were overwhelmed and people were dying in droves including people I know personally.

@blcorrell

I see you elected for time away.

Don't forget about that one auction that is still up.

Good catch; Time Away doesn't affect auction-format listings. @blcorrell    It might be best to just end that auction.

Take two aspirin and call Dr. Fauci. He has the cure for everything, except eBay's tanking stock.

Re: Contracted Covid.

I had Covid in the very earliest days and it was awful. Then just as I began to improve after 2 weeks, it slammed me all over again but even harder and with the extra bonus of double conjunctivitis. Two months before I even began to feel semi normal  and a couple more to regain my voice completely.

I had no choice but to stay as active as possible because I live alone, don't depend on anybody else and I had to eat and pay bills. Covid is weak these days, just work through it.
