Contacting eBay Customer Service

When I try to ask eBay Customer Service a question, I get this:

We received your suggestion
Thanks for sending us your suggestion. We appreciate your input. However, we can’t respond to suggestions like this because we may have been working on a similar idea internally already, and we want to avoid any potential misunderstandings around the ownership of the idea.

I have a question about removing negative feedback, not a “suggestion”.

Is there an email address to contact eBay Customer Service?

Are you referring to that negative you received from a buyer?

eBay's position is usually that the FB represents the buyer's feeling about the way the transaction went and probably won't remove it.  If you can figure out a way to work with the buyer, you MIGHT be able to get them to accept a Feedback Revision Request form.

Did you reach out to the buyer to see if the issue could be resolved?

Also just noticed that that particular feedback may be too old to get removed, even if you were able to get the buyer to agree.

How exactly are you trying to ask them a question? Are you using the "Help & Contact" link at the top of the page? 

Generally speaking - no, you cannot just email eBay a question and get an answer. You have to go through the established contact channels. 

If you are referring to the negative on the account you posted with, I see nothing in that feedback that suggests that eBay would remove it.
