Contacting Buyer button BROKEN

Hello,

Sold an item last night and the buyer wants local pickup. I hit contact buyer in my listing and also hit the buyers information and hit contact buyer button and each way opens a dialogue box where I am sending information to MYSELF(SELLER).

eBay you might want to look into this issue ASAP!!!

I might have to ship the item to the buyers dismay due to your broken services. Not sure I should have to pay seeking fees when your services don’t work the way they are supposed to.

Solve your immediate problem with a workaround: just use a laptop or desktop (or even desktop view on your smartphone) to contact the buyer outside of the app interface, via the main eBay site instead, and get things worked out that way. You should be able to resolve the issue with your buyer right away while eBay figures out what seems to be messed up in the app.
