Hi, I'm a new seller who has been working on my current few listing that I have up at the moment to get a hang of things. I've tried to take some good pictures and have titles that are suitable for the items. I sell men's clothes at the moment. Any constructive criticism on my listings would be greatly appreciated, I'm just trying to learn the do's and don'ts of good listings and take in any feedback. Thanks again.
You can find my listings Here if you would be interested in critiquing them.

You are selling in a heavily saturated category.
If you're going to sell clothing, then you need to learn how to measure and post all the measurements in the description.
This link will show you what you need to know:

I think your photos are nice. I think the link you were provided is a good place to start. I think you MUST put a lot MORE info into the measurements of your clothing.
Also, make sure you understand what : Seller does not accept returns
means.
I wish you the very best of luck.

A No Returns policy does NOT mean No Refunds.
Buyers can and do make up lots of reasons to file for a return and Ebay will side with them 99% of the time.
Sadly, you will be taking returns whether you want to or not.

Thank you for your advice, I appreciate it.
You're welcome. If you ever have a problem with something or a return, or a feedback question - please remember to come back here FIRST before making decisions if you are not absolutely positive what to do.
You will find very seasoned and experienced posters here (some of whom post with their posting IDs only) who can guide you along the way to a very (hopefully) happy and successful experience as a seller (and buyer) here on eBay.

I accept all returns. If it's a case of buyers remorse, the buyer pays return shipping. But again, buyers make up reasons to return so that I have to pay the shipping. Those costs are deducted as business losses on my taxes.
I also do free shipping but I add the cost of shipping into the price of the item. As you know, there is no such thing as free shipping.
Make sure you have a digital scale and a NEW postal rate chart on hand before you ship.

In essence, ebay does not have a 'no refund' policy - there is NO such thing on ebay.
Any buyer that really wants to return something will just claim 'Not As Described'. That seems to be an all but an automatic refund.
It doesn't matter if it is true or not. ebay will tell you that they don't know what was sent or what was received, so the buyer gets benefit of the doubt.
You need to decide, from learning here on the forums and from reading the policies, what and how you want to handle your sales.

I agree on accepting returns.
The point is to have friendly Terms of Sale.
A No Returns policy is not friendly. It discourages communication about problems (even if the problem is that the buyer just doesn't like it).
If you accept Paypal you give refunds. If your (guest) buyer uses a credit card you give refunds.
The only real questions are : do you want it back for resale? and who pays for return shipping?
This is business, not personal. Most people are honest.
Encourage questions BEFORE purchase.
And buyers love Free Shipping-- and most do understand that the cost of shipping is included in the asking price for the item.
You will get Offers and that's fine, but be clear if you accept an Offer that shipping is not part of the offer.
