Given the "How to" wording of the Subject line of your announcement about the August 10th chat, can you please ask Lucan to post some sort of opening text, either in advance or pasted-in immediately at the opening of the Chat, to present what he is recommending about Sourcing Insights and Product Research? That way we can hit the ground running with any questions as soon as we've read his opening presentation.
If you recall, last month's Chat (here) had no opening presentation of any kind, no introductions of participants or descriptions of what specialties they cover, and we were 16 minutes into the hour (here) before anyone from the topic team even responded, by which time people were asking whether there was anyone from the team there at all. Only after repeated questions were we even told how many eBay contacts were actually in on the Chat. It will be great if the Seller Experience - Growth & Insights team will take the wheel and actually drive the Chat from the very beginning of the hour. Thanks!
