I sold 2 items at the same time to one buyer. I wrapped as one package and need to print out a label. How do I print ONE label? I gave them free shipping. I just need to know how to make the shipping label into one.

You 'Print' one of the items; then you just 'add tracking' for the 2nd item (putting the same number in)

I just printed labels for all my pending orders so I can't show you a screenshot, but if you go to this page- https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Check the box next to each item. Then at the top above the orders click the button that says Shipping and select Purchase Shipping Label from the drop-down. On the bulk labels page there will be a message at the top that says Combine Orders Per Buyer. Click on that and then you can print one label that will automatically upload tracking to each transaction.

Mark as shipped and make sure you put the tracking number from the other package on the listing as well.. technically eBay shipping system will automatically mark it as ship when you put a tracking number in that data field but who knows maybe they change that so mark it as shipped anyway

I agree with the other poster. I would add, I choose to advise buyer the items will be shipped together to save on shipping. I make sure they acknowledge this. I do this when I SEND the INVOICE, not after they paid.
I just want the buyer to be at easy and they know what's going on. Years ago I won a case because I had messages with buyer agreeing to the terms. They stated they only got 1 item. Nowadays, who knows if I'd win, but I just think it's a good practice.

Except that don't work with Buy it Now Pay Immediately; as all our listings are and have been since 2011. No invoices sent; they buy the items and pay the shipping for each. Sometimes they buy them separately and sometimes they put in their 'cart' and purchase as 1 order. With 1 order, 1 shipping label covers all and automatically puts in the tracking for that 'order' and all items now show shipped. If separate, I do as I stated earlier- print 1 and 'add tracking' to the others. Then I refund as appropriate.
Never had an issue in 11 years.

Right the problem was that I did not send an invoice that would allow allow me to combine shipping. After they pay it was too late!1 Thank you!!

NOTE that if you create a shipping label from one of the items, it will show that you only have insurance cover for the value of THAT item and not both combined; so if you sold an item for £20 and another for £5, and if you produced the shipping label from the £5 item, you will only have insurance cover from EVRI (for example) for £5 so if they lose it, or whatever, then you can only claim £5 value back. SO if you have to do it this way, create the one shipping label from the most valueable item - in this example that would be the £20 item. That will at least cut some of your loses, but the best answer will be one where both items and therefore both values are combined into one shipping label.
