Trying to see if there is a way to combine multiple open listings to one listing when agreed to terms and price with the buyer.

Trying to see if there is a way to combine multiple open listings
You can end the listings and make ONE listing for your buyer that includes all of the items. They are not obligated to purchase it, and anyone else that finds the listing can buy it first.
OR
You can turn off the requirement that requires buyers to put up a payment source in order to make offers or bid. These settings are the combined shipping killers if left in the default setting of YES. Though supposedly intended to ward off non-paying buyers, they work real well to discourage paying buyers as well:

Buyer Rules:
*Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid.
*Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer.
Be advised that if you SEND offers, eBay has made them all "immediate payment required" on the buyer's end regardless of your settings. These will all have to be paid individually at full shipping cost should the buyer receive more than one. When you send offers, and allow counter offers and you ACCEPT a counter offer, your buyer is not notified that you have done so, and unless they happen to look in the right place they will not know.

One other option not mentioned yet if your buyer will trust you to do it, is to simply refund the overpaid shipping after they make two orders, and use the same tracking number for both (you may or may not be able to officially combine the orders in eBay's system, worth a try especially if you're using their labels, but you can enter the same tracking number for multiple orders to the same username). Not all buyers are comfortable with that, but we do it fairly often (sometimes unasked for).

I agree with brightbookseller. This is the way I used to ship multiple items I have had listed. Pack everything in one box and check out "pirate ship" for a shipping label. Then load the tracking number on the e-bay orders screen.
Wish I would get the chance to ship more this way, if only I could find buyers.

When I have a customer that wants to buy a bunch of items together I make a special listing for them, with an outrageous fixed price and a pre-negotiated best offer price that will auto accept. I end the other listings and when they buyer pays we are all set, if the buyer backs out I end that one and restart the individual listings.

Depending on whether the buyer is using the desktop or the mobile app, he may be able to add the items to his cart and request an invoice. If he can you can invoice with the combined shipping cost and the total.
If this works, it is the neatest and cleanest solution.
The second most desirable is buyer adds to cart, pays and you refund the excess shipping.
Either of these solutions shows multiple items on a single order with the original prices for the item, unlike the brute force create a combined listing solution which is the course of last resort.
