I just found that eBay is very strict for sellers. If someone reports about the copyrighted product on his account, I have a few important questions to be a good seller on eBay. my first question is how we can know which products have copyright infringements.
===========================================
My second question is. I have studied eBay VeRO Program carefully. https: www.ebay.com/sellercenter/ebay-for-business/verified-rights-owner-program I found a lot of VeRO participants who all have copyrighted products that no one can list without their consent. My question is only these listed VeRO participants can claim copyright or also there are other than those brands/people who can also claim if their logo or brand name is get used mistakenly? ============================================

By the way @jackets-shop - posters here are being so blunt because it's a clear-cut law. They are trying to help you avoid not only losing your eBay account, but potential lawsuits. It's good that you came here to ask. I think by now you realize the answer to your question is a solid and unquestionable: no.
You can't design something based off of someone else's copyrighted/trademarked work and call it your own.

No, they don't have to be Vero members to have listings taken down. All they need to do is contact eBay.
There's no such this as using a Logo or Brand name by mistake.

Here's a question for you.
Are you drop shipping from a wholesaler?
If not, do you have permission to sell those jackets?

I would be careful selling those Martin Jackets. As @ebooksdiva stated, companies do not have to be on the Vero list to have your items removed.
Good luck and Happy Selling.

You will get into trouble by using another company or seller's copyrighted stock images without permission.
Personally, I won't buy from a seller who doesn't show pictures of the actual item I'll receive. Sellers' own pictures show me that the seller actually has the item available in their possession and the details of the actual item show whether the item is authentic or not. Stock images don't tell me these things.

You cannot use another company's logos, images, etc on your product. "Items sold using a brand name or a brand logo must be original and made by the brand or manufactured on their behalf. "

Read the counterfeit item policy @jackets-shop.

No, I produce all my products myself.
I have taken permission from a seller on eBay.
is that permission enough?

Can we use sports teams, celebrity or city names or logos on clothing like Real Madrid, New York? Etc.

I'm going to say no because you posted last week about looking for sellers to purchase your product (you want to become a supplier / wholesaler).
Just because a seller asks if you can produce a specific design, does not mean that seller owns the rights to that design. It's your responsibility as the manufacturer/supplier to ensure you have the rights to use the design.
Read the counterfeit policy page I posted above @jackets-shop. If the seller owns the rights to whatever branding or images they're requesting you to produce, then they can write a contract granting you the licensing rights to use their images.

NO NO NO NO NO
This is not even in the realm of an adult selling on eBay thinking such a thing would be okay.
Maybe research what copyright is.

You CANNOT use celebrity names, brand names or sport teams...but you CAN use 'City Names'.

There is no seller on ebay that can 'allow' you to sell a copyright item unless it's the manufacturer themselves.

You can't use sports teams logos.
If you use city names you can't steal their branding (like the I love New York campaign) or copy someone else's images. You can't use logos or fonts that sports teams like the Yankees use.
If Real Madrid is done in a logo or font that matches the football/soccer team then no, you can't use it.

No, unless that seller is the original designer. You must have the permission from the designer or manufacturer of the original product. The 8 Ball jackets were designed by Michael Hoban and were popular in the early 90’s. They have recently regained popularity but the manufacturer closed in 2002.
You are selling new multiple jackets using the original name of the design. Without permission from the actual designer, then you are breaking the law.

Appreciated. But this design is from me I'm just using the 8ball name, it's not by Michael Hoban, I designed this in my factory. https://www.ebay.com/itm/404039679425
do you still think I should take off? even it's designed by us. and we are not using Micheal hoban name,
