Clothing Brands Copyright Infringements

I just found that eBay is very strict for sellers. If someone reports about the copyrighted product on his account, I have a few important questions to be a good seller on eBay. my first question is how we can know which products have copyright infringements.

My second question is. I have studied eBay VeRO Program carefully. https: www.ebay.com/sellercenter/ebay-for-business/verified-rights-owner-program I found a lot of VeRO participants who all have copyrighted products that no one can list without their consent. My question is only these listed VeRO participants can claim copyright or also there are other than those brands/people who can also claim if their logo or brand name is get used mistakenly? ============================================

no, it's not in my production. it's second hand slightly used jacket.

NO! You cannot.   This is a violation and against the law.  Same with the soccer ball.  Do you think that we are all giving you this info to be mean and hostile? NO...we don't want to see you become suspended from selling.  You are not experienced enough to know what is right and wrong because you never bothered to read rules and policies.  I would take those down before ebay shuts you down.

By the way, I have removed all as per your advice. 

But this item was pre-owned and by official brands.  I had purchased them, so I presented them on eBay for sale.

No one here wants you to fail.  You need to be more conscientious of the rules and policies that Ebay posts and enforces. Please be careful and good luck with selling.

You also can not advertise other sizes on on a single item listing. You would need to list a a variation style listing.

Selling preowned items (especially multiples) can strongly be seen as counterfeit items. What are the chances one person has all those sizes in preowned  authentic condition.

Yes, you may use the city name "New York," as long as you are not copying trademarked images.

But NO -- you may not use New York's flag or eagle, because those are trademarked and copyrighted images which belong to New York -- you are NOT officially licensed to use those images.

The United States is VERY serious about copyright and trademark laws.  From what country are you selling and manufacturing your merchandise?

That listing is a violation and OP is putting their account in jeopardy by listing it this way:

Mens German Classic WW2 Military Officer Premium Black Real Leather Trench Coat

It's not actually a German WW2 Military Coat. Should be listed something like this:

Mens Black Leather Trench Coat in the style of 1940s Military Officer

They also should not put "real leather" in the title when that broad $55-$149 price range is because it's a variation listing that offers a choice of real or faux leather.

It's obvious that all of our good advice has been ignored.  So all I can do is wish them well as their time frame here on Ebay is going to be a short one. Is it leather or faux leather? Is new or pre-owned? The OP makes it somewhat confusing.  Thanks for your input, though.  Always appreciated.
